I’m having post open heart surgery pain at 5 weeks

So, a little background. I have ran 2 marathons, 6 half marathons, last one being Nov ‘16. Since then worked out a lot in the gym. I’m in fairly good shape at 50.
I have my mom’s heart (heart disease) so I just had single vessel bypass (Widowmaker)  5 weeks ago. The Dr releases me Thursday to go back to work, fly, drive, etc.
This weekend, I feel like I’ve had a set back, I’m having difficulty in breathing (hard to breath in deep) and still sore around the middle of the chest.
Also I noticed today, my resting heart rate is floating around 98-104 where it has consistently been around 65-75. Is this normal, should I go back to the Dr?
Thanks all.

I would absolutely! If anything is wrong they will find it, if nothing is wrong at least your mind will be at ease.
