Incomplete right bundle branch block

I am an Indian male 67 yrs old, 167m tall, 68 Kg.  I have no known diseases till date and take no medication at all. I quit smoking after 50 yrs, 10 cigarettes a day (rollers) 80 days ago. I went for a preventive checkup, the ECG report showed an incomplete Right Bundle Branch block. I have been doing weight training exercise in the gym for 32 years. I still have no symptoms of any kind at all. Is it dangerous ? Do I take medication ?  Should I stop exercising ? I used to have `low blood pressure in my younger days. My Blood pressure now is 150/80 mm Hg. Kindly let me know.
Joey.

I have incomplete RBBB with left anterior hemiblock, I feel moderate pain mainly on the left chest but it gets shifted to lower left rib or occassionally on the right chest, feeling heavy or stich-like sensation, no difficulty in breathing. I have a lower back pain all the time - gets faded if undergone physical exercise! I suffer chronic gas/fletulence/indigestion problem, all the year and is prone to attack of dysentry. Please suggest most probably what happened to me? -Bulu

Right and left bundle branch circuits are pathways that pass electrical impulses to contract heart chambers, and then repolarize during the resting phase.

During a right bundle branch block, the right ventricle is not directly activated by impulses travelling through the right bundle branch. The left ventricle however, is still normally activated by the left bundle branch and these impulses travel through the left ventricle's myocardium to the right ventricle and activate the right ventricle.

Both right and left side chambers are polarized and repolarized at the same time.  A partial block may cause a skipped beat or delayed beat.  Often not serious, but if serious an implant of pacemaker can correct.
