Is it heart related??

I'm a 21 years old female. Yesterday I started experiencing some neck pain and a light chest pain. Not really sure is it related to gas or is it due to the neck pain. Today it has gotten worse, I might have slept in a wrong position that made the neck/upper back pain worse. The chest pain is still here. I'm panicking and not sure whether this is heart related or not. Ive read before that chest pain related to the heart could cause the neck and back pain. But the thing is in what I'm experiencing I can pinpoint the location of the pains I'm experiencing. I'm worried about heart attacks!!

In general, if you can pinpoint, touch, or influence the nature of chest pain by movement or pressure or diet or whatever, if is *NOT* heart pain.

This is due to the way the nervous system is wired during development of the embryo.

At your age, a heart problem is not very likely. Also the fact that you can pinpoint the location suggests that it is not heart related.
I can imagine that you are worried though.
I am no doctor, and if I was I still could not give proper advice from just what you wrote.
Even if it is probably nothing to worry about, you will need the reassurance of a doctor to rule heart problems out if the pain does not go away quickly.

I understand, yeah I think a visit to the doctor might be helpful. Thank you though!

I forgot to mention that the chest pain I'm experiencing is on the right upper side of the chest but slightly closer to the middle, feels like the pain is above the bone. I'm also experiencing some pain in the right breast (but that could be due to my period)
