Is it possible to have angina at 24?

I have been having chest pain radiating all around my chest accompanied by a tight heavy feeling for a week or so now. It gets worse with exercise and i notice i feel more short of breath than usual when exercising. I have no family history of heart disease, normal blood pressure (118/78), normal BMI (5'11 160 lbs), lightly to moderately active, never smoked, and only consumed alcohol 2 or 3 times in my life or else completely sober. I eat healthier than some or most people my age i would say by including fruits and veggies and avoiding trans fats and fried foods. Could this be angina from atherosclerosis or is it more likely to be gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, or from the lungs?

At you age it is very unlikely that your chest pain is from atherosclerosis.
Still, to be on the safe side, get it sorted out and make an appointment with your GP.
