Ischemic Heart Cure?

Can an Ischemic heart condition be cured with heart by-pass surgery?

Have you been told that you need bypass surgery? And if so, why bypass over stents?  Just curious to learn more in your situation.  Ally

CABG will provide blood to the area deficit of blood supply and provide relief from symptoms.  There is no cure for coronary artery disease, but may be a reality sometime in the future.  Drugs that treat cholesterol may stop progression of ischemia, and some of the newer lipid management drugs are touted to regress CAD, but there is no worthy evidence to be considered that I have read.
