LV IVRT is increased on my last echo, should I be concerned?
I have a bicuspid aortic valve with a mild ascending aortic aneurysm. I had an echo done about 10 months ago, and had gotten my results out as I am getting ready to see a new doctor soon for my yearly echo, when I noticed that my results said that I have increased isovolumic relaxation time (120 ms), decreased medial mitral anular E' velocity, and increased E/e' medial. But my E/A ratio is normal, and my decleration time is normal. Is this something I should be having checked or is it something that can fluctuate?
