Left Ventricular Dysfunction

Dear Doctors/Friends,

I am new to this form,,i would like to ask a help from you all.my father he is 62 years old.last week he was suffering with breathing difficulty and fullness of stomach,upon check-up ,they found some ECG variation,...Result as follows COMMENT :-
LV: DILATED HYPOKINESIA OF MID ANTERIOR SEPTAL,APICAL SEPTAL,MID SEPAL,APICAL ANTERI ,MID ANTERIOR,LATERAL & POSTERIOR WALLS,SEVERE LV DYSFUNCTION,
NORMAL SIZE RV,RA &LA .
VALVES ARE MORPHOLOGICALLY NORMAL,MILD MR.
SEPTAE INTACT...NO CLOT OR PERICARDICAL EFFUSION.

Impression;-
CAD-RWMA. DILATED LV,SEVERE LV DYSFUNCTION.
please give me some suggestions,,,

Your father has evidence of severe coronary artery disease affecting at least 2 maybe 3 coronary arteries.  He should go on to have a catheterization to identify his anantomy and if there are good targets have a coronary artery bypass surgery.  In the meantime, his heart failure should be optimized with medications if possible.  He should not leave the hospital unless he's at least seen by a heart surgeon.
