is my heart fine?

i did an ECG and it came out as borderline normal ecg, left axis deviation and i was told to take an echo .
i was told the result is essentially normal but my LV EJECTION FRACTION IS 80 PERCENT AND MY TAPSE IS 25MM  , every other thing is normal except these two things, do i need to worry about this result?

Hello and welcome to the forum.  So, it is always bet to go over results with your doctor.  Have you had a chance to do that yet?  Your LV Ejection Fraction appears within normal.  Above 55 is considered normal and desirable.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/ejection-fraction/expert-answers/faq-20058286  You appear to be within normal range but do please follow up with your doctor for confirmation.
