Lips turning blue and severe stomach cramps

I went hiking over the weekend, after about 2km I started feeling out of breath and was perspiring a lot, I sat down for a while and my hands started shaking. I ate a energy snack and drank some water I felt much better and the shaking also subsided. After another 2km my legs started shaking and I felt strange and very funny. I sad again taking deep breaths, some of the group members convinced me to rather go back to camp. They went back with me because they didn't want to leave me alone. After a while they told me that my lips and around my mouth I've turned blue. I drank some fluids and felt better. After a short while i started getting severe stomach cramps and a burning sensation, even the top half of my stomach on the outside was very warm and the bottom half cold.
Can this be due eating a banana 2 hours before hiking and taking a phenergan allergy tablet shortly before hiking and why haven't the pain and burning subsided after 2 days?

Good day, Thank you for your response. I am very active I speed walk between 3 -5 km per day Monday to Friday and most weekends. I climb a lot of stairs and I also do water aerobics at least 3 times 1 hour sessions per week.
I have never had any of those symptoms before and I've been walking for more than 2 years now. a few month ago I walked 5-8km in 45 min, uphill, downhill over rocks ect...
If it happens again I will surely see a doctor immediately.

Thank you so much for your feedback.

It sounds like your initial symptoms may just have been because you are out of shape -- shortness of breath, sweating, shakiness after exercise all fits with that. If those initial symptoms were concerning to you, they could have triggered your anxiety and/or panic attack. Hyperventilating can cause your lips to turn blue. The burning sensation may just be a result of overworking those muscles. If you are still concerned about your symptoms, I would recommend seeing a doctor. Given that you are so young, though, I have a low suspicion for anything seriously wrong.
