Good day, Thank you for your response. I am very active I speed walk between 3 -5 km per day Monday to Friday and most weekends. I climb a lot of stairs and I also do water aerobics at least 3 times 1 hour sessions per week.
I have never had any of those symptoms before and I've been walking for more than 2 years now. a few month ago I walked 5-8km in 45 min, uphill, downhill over rocks ect...
If it happens again I will surely see a doctor immediately.
Thank you so much for your feedback.
It sounds like your initial symptoms may just have been because you are out of shape -- shortness of breath, sweating, shakiness after exercise all fits with that. If those initial symptoms were concerning to you, they could have triggered your anxiety and/or panic attack. Hyperventilating can cause your lips to turn blue. The burning sensation may just be a result of overworking those muscles. If you are still concerned about your symptoms, I would recommend seeing a doctor. Given that you are so young, though, I have a low suspicion for anything seriously wrong.
