MRI results

Hi,

I recently had an MRI to check up on an aneurysm in the ascending aorta.  A previous CT scan also picked up aneurysms in the braciocephalic artery and the origin of the left common carotid artery.

The AAA stayed steady at 4.5 cm and the left common cartoid was also unchanged at 1.8 cm.  The  braciocephalic artery went from 2.6 yo 2.8 and the report noted that it was "markedly dilated." (This makes me a bit nervous.) My aortic arch measured 3.2 cm and the report noted that it was aneurysmal.

Does anyone know what the normal measurement of the braciocephalic artery and the arch?  3.2 doesn't sound bad to me.

Thanks in advance for any information.
