MVP

Echo 7 years ago showed trace- 1+ MVP. Echo 3 months ago showed MVP 3+ with no reguritation & concentricleft ventricular hypertrophy. Long standing history of premature CAD. My cardiologist does not recommend antibiotic prophylaxis prior to dental work. I have read through the archives here and there seems to be a controversy. Present thinking is.......? Thank you.
