First and foremost you need to contact your physician immediately with these symptoms and no excuses on this.  From there your doc will tell you what to do.  If you are having all of these symptoms you want to safeguard your health and be seen by a doctor.  This couild be absolutely anything that is going on with you and you need to seek medical attention sooner rather than later.  With not wanting to scare you many of the symptoms that you have posted are in line with someone who may be experiencing the symptoms of a stroke or CVA and the high blood pressure could be setting off this chain reaction.  See a doc sooner rather than later especially if you are reading this and still have the symptoms in would head to the ER

Welcome to the Heart Disease forum. If your heartrate at rest over 100  for a sustained period of time that is a very good indicator of a cardiovascular disorder and could be due to high blood pressure.  The heart will be faster to maintain a cardiac output to meet the system's demand so under normal circumstances rest will reduce demand and consequently reduced heart rate...apparently that is not happening for you.

Also, a cardiovascular disorder can burst some small veins within the brain causing blurred vision and a headache.  You should get an emergency checkup to rule out any serious condition that can be effectively treated in a timely manner. About 7 years ago, I went to emergency just based on shortness of breath, fast heart rate (115)...and was shocked to hear I had had a heart attack an enlarged left ventricle and weak contraction that reduced the heart's output.

Thanks for sharing your medical concerns.  You may respond with the diagnosis from emergency if there are any questions or comments. Don't wait to see your doctor, you should go to emergency as I did.  Good luck and I wish you the best going forward.
