It means that there are some narrower passages (stenosis) in your coronary arteries, but none of them is so severe that medical intervention is required.
50% narrowing seems much but normally problems do arise when the narrowing is 80% or more.
FFR (fractional flow reserve) measures the blood pressure drop over the stenosis. FFR values above 0.80 mean that no treatment is required (besides medical management).
LMCA, LAD, LCx and RCA are names of the different coronary arteries.
LV is Left Ventricle, which functions normally (good pumping action)
So all in all, the outcome of your angiography is that you have some problems with your coronary arteries, but they are not serious enough to need treatment now.
To avoid future problems however, you will probably be advised to do some lifestyle changes and/or start taking medication
