Middle, toward the right chest pain

Hi I'm having this sharp pain in my chest, mostly in the middle more to the right. I had this about 12:20 in the afternoon and it's already 6 and the pain is still here. It's not sore if I cough, sneeze, or breathe in really deep. It's not sore at all even if I press on my chest. I mostly feel it if I "bring my chest in" with my muscles (sorry i cant really explain it), if i lay down really fast, or if i turn my body left or right. Can anyone help me please? I'm really worried.

Have you started an exercise program?  Sounds like you pulled a muscle.

I am not a doctor, but I think if your pain can be made worse by positions, then this is not heart related.
