Mild pulmonary stenosis and pregnant

I were born with PDA and was corrected when i was 1year old and later on, the doctor found out that i have mild pulmonary stenosis with 20mmhg when i was 11 years old. Now i'm 20 years old.. My last echo that was done this year, shows that my pressure gradient is 30mmhg with EF:60%. Im pregnant, in 32weeks now. I need to know is there any chance for the pressure grandient to increase and can i go through the labor without any risk?
