My Normal Heart Rate is 108bpm, Why?

Ok so I'm 18, weigh 110kg, 16cm tall. I do exercise every morning for about an hour. However I check my heart rate before I go to bed and it is always around 108 - 120bpm. So is that a problem or not, if so what can I do?

There are many things that affect heart rate. Caffeine, some herbal weight loss medications, drugs to treat ADHD, amphetamines (and similar drugs) will all increase your heart rate. Anxiety and pain will also both increase your heart rate. There is also a condition called inappropriate sinus tachycardia, or IST.  You should see your personal MD to see if any of these may be playing a roll.
