My TMT result

I am 53yrs female. I was able to do till stage 4. I stopped as I was having severe back and legs pain. How do I infer the report. The following report was given:
1. Max Workload attained : 10.2 good response to induced stress test
2. METS & THR (180 bpm- 108% of TGT 167)
3. Max BP - 150/100 mm hg
4. No Ectopic occurrences
5. ST Cahnges occurred in ECG (Max ST Dep Lead & Value: III & 2.3 mm in stage 4 & Peak Ex)
6. Test Postive for Stress Induced Ischemia
