LMCA : Normal
LAD : Occluded at mid part with distal filling from hetero collaterals
Diagnosis : D1-Small calibre, diseased
Intermediate : 3mm vessel , has proximal 90% stenosis
LCX : Non-dominant, Proximal LCx normal. Distal occluded with retrograde filling from collaterals
Marginals : OM1-Occluded proximally. Seen filling distally from hetero collaterals.
RCA : proximal and mid RCA diffusely diseased with maximum of 80% and occluded distally. Distal filling through homo and hetero collaterals.
PDA/PLV : Seen filling through collaterals from left system.
LV : Not done.
Final diagnosis : Three vessel disease
Recommendations: CABG/Culprit PTCA
