Nee help understanding the lingo in test results

What does it mean when the report states testing showed a mild to moderate nonreversible anterior, anterolateral and apical defect extending through most of the left ventricle?
Resting left ventricular fraction 59% Post stress left ventricular fraction 68%

You left side, front and very low portion of your heart have some non reversible irregularities.

hi there. your EF is good as its normal around  60%.So thats a real good sign.
