Newbie

Ive just had an Ablation op done, last week, after having 10 or so heartneat episodes up in the 220 to 237 range in the last 2 weeks.

It seems reading through this forum that its no big deal having these palpatations? Is that right? Also any advice on getting back in the gym/running/cycling and HANGGLIING would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.  Some palpitations are a big deal, though it seems many are not.  It depends on your rhythm, how long it lasts and what else is going on.  Palpitations after an ablation are common and probably nothing to worry about.  Typically they subside as your heart heals.

Hope all heals quickly!
