Normal at rest, average and maximum heart rate.

I haven't a clue what the topic should be but the question is what is the normal at rest, average and maximum heart rate for a healthy 73 year old woman?

This discussion is related to What is a normal pulse rate ?.

The normal heart range will vary between 60 to 100 bpm at rest.  Mine averages about 70 bpm. Maximum heart rate for aerobic excercise is 220 minus age and about 10% less from that calculation.

Thanks for your question, and welcome to the heart disorder forum.  If you have any further questions or comments you are invited to respond.  Take care,
