Since I had a successfully Atrial Flutter ablation, I kept having PACs at the very moment I'm laying down on my bed. Sometimes they come in bigeminism, but according to my doctor this ir pretty common because laying down stretches pulmonary veins and stuff and etc. I don't remember exactly what happens, but it is normal and not dangerous.
However, yesterday I felt something more than bigeminism; my heart just pumped extremely fast for about five seconds, I think it was a PSVT. My question is: is it possible a PAC to originate many impulses one after another so a PSVT is triggered?
I know PACs can trigger an arrhythmia if you already have a pre-existing anomaly pathway in your electrical system. But what I'm asking is: even if you DON'T have such pathway, is it possible to have a "PSVT" because of a PAC happening -- let's say -- "faster" than a bigeminism?
