I have sharp stabbing chest pains off and off for 24 hours. It seems to be worse when I move suddenly or breath in deep or cough.I was diagnosed with bronchitis 3 weeks ago could this be part of it?

In addition, heart pain is not likely to intermittent or lasting 24 hours. It's the bronchitis still, I've had that symptom for weeks after recovery.
