Please help Diagnosed with right ventricle enlargement

I recently had an echocardiogram and the doctor said my right ventricle was a bit enlarged with no affect on how the rest of my heart functions. I have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks but I’m already starting to panic. What should I expect with this? and how bad is it? Should i not expect to live much longer? And refrain from exercising? I don’t know what could be causing it. My only symptoms are looking pale and thin and a bit of finger clubbing. A lung function test was fine 2 years ago. Any input would be great thanks.
