nodofascicular/fasciculoventricular ?? what is that, a normal variant in the ecg?
The ECG is suggestive of a nodofascicular/fasciculoventricular type of pre-excitation ECG pattern. I am assuming that you don't have any palpitations. I would not be concerned about this if you are asymptomatic. If there are palpitations you should consider an event monitor vs. an EP study. Most of these are not associated with any tachycardia and don't require an ablation procedure. Don't be scared.
I took lorazepam while i was in the er, and I was having panic attacks really bad.
I am terrified it could be a block now since a few drs have told me my QRS short pr maybe a block, these are dr's on liveperson:
they wrote:
The qrs comlex characteristics
Normal: 0.06 - 0.10s
Prolonged QRS Duration (>0.10s):
QRS duration 0.10 - 0.12s
Incomplete right or left bundle branch block
Nonspecific intraventricular conduction delay (IVCD)
Some cases of left anterior or posterior fascicular block
QRS duration > 0.12s
Complete RBBB or LBBB
Nonspecific IVCD
Ectopic rhythms originating in the ventricles (e.g., ventricular tachycardia, pacemaker rhythm)
Lorazepam don't cause ecg changes
Otherwise your ecg is normal except that slip please repeat it for this doubt then contact me. Please give me ratings.
Thanks
and also,
Oh my dear you will be alright God bless you but just get investigated with anew ecg.
Thanks
should i believe this person? or should i go back to the er to get another ecg done???
