Problems in chest, possibly heart

So the last few days I've had lots of problems in my abdomen. The problems started around my liver, which I thought nothing of because I recently started taking this medicine called SP Cleanse due to having too many toxins in my liver. But anyways, my problems moved up into my chest a few days ago. The problems are as follows;
- Soreness in upper chest, mostly the middle
- Pain in left side
- Feeling of soreness in left shoulder
- Lots of gas (Burping mainly)
- Some pain in stomach area
- Heartburn
- Hard to breathe through nose when bending over, can breathe through mouth fine, though.

So yeah, this is what has been going on for the last few days. I've been really worried about my heart as I am only 16 and have a family history of high blood pressure. I went to the doctor and got my blood pressure, it was 136/67 after a few tests. I'm not the most active kid in the world, but I do some exercising, mainly in the summer and in gym class at school. I don't eat the healthiest I will admit, but I have been taking many supplements lately. I think my magnesium levels are dangerously low and that is what is causing this, but I don't know if that is relate able to this or not. I have a doctors appointment on Saturday for my liver stuff, note this doctor is a natural-medicine doctor, not your average doctor at the hospital. What should I ask, and what should I being doing to help out my problems?
Thanks for your responces,
Brad

My whole family has gone to this guy and come home healthy, he's not a bad person and he knows what he's doing. But really, do you have any ideas whats going on with me?

Forgot to add in that I got tested at the hospital and was about 130/70. My recent test that I posted about was at a drug store.. Sounds dumb, but it seems pretty accurate to me as I have been stressed lately.

The doctor does this thing where he puts your arm up in the air and pushes down on it while you hold some type of virus or nutrient in your hand. If your arm pushes down, you have too much of it in your body. I passed the tests for everything except chlorine. I don't drink a lot of water, but my whole life I have taken showers for roughly 25 min. His best guess was that I got poisoned from the chlorine from breathing it in constantly. I was the type of person that likes to be really clean, so I would take one.. two.. maybe even three showers a day. And yes, all over 20 minutes. But, what do you have to say about my other chest problems? Should I be worried? I have a tendency to worry no matter what I am told, and I noticed this came on a little bit after having the left shoulder soreness.

How are you taking your blood pressure? If it's electronically I think these are fine for a rough estimate, but hardly accurate. I bet you could find 1 in every 100 machines which is spot on. At rehab my Nurse used to complain about my blood pressure and send me to my family Doctor who took it using a stethascope (most accurate method). It was always a lot less then the electronic machines. Some people seem fine on those machines while others can't get along with them. Besides, 136/67 is hardly what I would call high. I would like to know how on earth a 16 year old got toxins in his liver? Did your family doctor prescribe the cleansing medication? because it sounds as though it has really upset your stomach and esophagus. So can you explain more about the toxins please? what are they?
