Question about Marked Sinus Arrhythmia, please read

Hello, I'm a 21 year old male who recently wore a heart monitor for 24 hours. Everything came back pretty normal with palpitations. The doctor said I had sinus arrhythmia which is very normal for my age he said.  I also had some periods of marked sinus arrhtymia. I was wondering what is marked sinus arrhythmia and is it bad?

I, too have marked sinus arrhythmia as does my 5 year old daughter.  I've been told it's not bad, in fact it is a sign of a healthy heart because your heart is responding to variability in your breathing.  Marked sinus arrhythmia just means your heart slows down a lot when you breathe out and speeds up a lot when you breathe in.  HOpe this helps!
