Question about palpitations

Do alot of you who suffer from PVCs and PACs get them when you are startled?  I get them all the time (startled or not) but sometimes I'll get one if something startles me. I'm wondering if that indicates the more dangerous types of arrhythmias or if it's just caused by a sudden surge of adrenaline and are harmless like when they occur at other times.  Just to note, I have had holter monitoring and was told they were benign PVCs and also had an echo which showed a structurally normal heart.

Sometimes a nightmare will get my adrenaline going and then I'll wake up with some palpitations.
