I believe what has occurred although you don't provide much information. But reading between the lines it appears you have had test for heart failure and the values you have provided are the BNP that is a blood marker that is released from the heart (mainly the left ventricle) in response to increased wall tension and has both diuretic and natriuretic effects.
For some insight, the serum BNP testing is probably the most useful for helping to rule out congestive heart failure in patients presenting with acute shortness of breath (dsypnea). "In patients being evaluated for acute dyspnea, BNP levels > 100 pg/mL had a sensitivity of 90% and specificity of 73% in diagnosing congestive heart failure (CHF)
If I understand your question you have/had shortness of breath that rules out congested heart failure. The test is not entirely conclusive as there is a 10% probability of error, etc.
Hope this answers your question, and if you have any further comments or questions you are welcome to respond. Thanks for the question. Take care.
