The long QT syndrome (LQTS) is causing an abnormality of the heart's electrical system. The mechanical function of the heart is entirely normal. The electrical problem is due to defects in heart muscle cell structures called ion channels. These electrical defects predispose affected persons to a very fast heart rhythm (arrhythmia). Other causes could be drugs, medication, electrolyte disturbance, or other conditions that might independently lengthen the QT-interval.
Right bundle branch block (RBBB) could indicate some heart impulse blockages that could effect heart rhythm.
Worst case scenarios. EKG is not very reliable source and must be confirmed with other clinical evidence. I doubt it has anything to do with your present symtoms. It may be evidence of irregular heartbeats, if you are experiencing skipped heartbeats, fast heart beats, etc.
