RBBB AND PROLONGED QT was started.
I started having pain between my shoulder blades this morning that were eleviated with Nitro spray, but later came back. I have RBBB also, could this be the cause? I know it isn't dangerous because it is only a 1st degree RBBB. I also have PATs, PCVs, and microvascular spasms (all under control with meds). Thanks

Dear kelly,
A new onset right bundle branch block (RBBB) could indicate some heart blockages and this is why your doctor ordered the thallium stress. I would let your doctor know the insurance situation and see if he has any other suggestions. Is is possible your insurance will pay for a heart cath?
