Pacemaker Lead complication

Hello Have 2nd Degree AV Block and right bundle branch block. Went in to have dual pacemaker 12th Feb lead was threaded thro skin of vein it recoiled and broke entered wall of heart and radiologist eventually got it out thro femerol artery 2 cms broke off the end and went up into vein in base of neck. Took surgeons 3 hours to get the main piece out.  I am now experiencing pain in top of my shoulder and down my arm and sometimes finger twitches. Cardiologist did not want to put in new pacemaker until wire sorted out went this week for scan and they have decided to leave in remaining wire as more dangerous to take it out. I have to go back for another pacemaker to be inserted into right side this time I am also very nervous about having the pacemaker done now but i have to as I am still fainting at least twice a week and dizziness nearly every day.   My blood pressure is a problem 219/147 on Tuesday & heart beat ranges from 80 - 130 also have SVT's.Will my arm problem sort itself out as it is quite painful and aches a lot.

IN EARLY MARCH I HAD A PACEMAKER IMPLANTED WITH NO PROBLEM. STARTED HAVING TROUBLE IN ABOUT 5 WEEKS.  DR. THAN DISCOVERED A WIRE FROM MY HEART HAD COME LOOSE  AND WAS HANGING.
  AT DR. SUGGESTION I UNDERWENT A SECOND SURGERY TO REATTACH THE WIRE. THE VERY NEXT DAY WWHEN I WAS TO BE DISCHARGED FROM HOSPITAL IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE WIRE HAD COME LOOSE FROM THE HEART AGAAIN.

I'm sorry to hear you're going through so much.  Statistically speaking, the chances of complications again like what just happened are slim.  I hope all goes well.
