REDUCED LV DIASTOLIC COMPLIANCE

Hi,
This issue is regarding my Father who is 63 yrs old.Very recently he started facing some problem as described below.

He used to for a walk every morning.Very recently he started feeling pain on his left side of chest & left arms after he walks for 10 min. Also sweat drops are flowing out at the back side of left ear.He becomes tired very quickly & feels short of breath. But after taking some rest he feels ok again. He never had any heart issues earlier. He is a patient of low blood pressure,Diabetics(190 ppt) & spondalysis. He was a hard smoker but two months back he has left smoking entirely.
Now He is facing this issue quite regularly
Upon consulting doctors he was advised to go for ECO-cardiography.The test results were found ok except one point "REDUCED LV DIASTOLIC COMPLIANCE".After seeing the report the Doctor advised to go for some other test -
TMT,ENGEOGRAPH which he is yet to go for.

I dont have proper knowledge of these & I need some information / suggestion in this regard. Some detail information / suggestion in this regard will be greatly appreciated from my end,so that I can have a proper idea of entire issue & also the available treatment for this.

Thanks & Regards

Angiography or arteriography is a medical imaging technique used to visualize the inside, or lumen, of blood vessels and organs of the body, with particular interest in the arteries, veins and the heart chambers. This is traditionally done by injecting a radio-opaque contrast agent into the blood vessel and imaging using X-ray based techniques.

Diastolic non-compliance refers to the heart filling phase impairment. Left ventricular filling pressures were similarly associated with a reduction in exercise capacity. Individuals with impaired relaxation (mild dysfunction) or left ventricular filling pressure had a progressive increase in the magnitude of reduction in exercise capacity with advancing age.
