About 3 1/2 weeks ago I started to feel a flutter in my chest a couple times
aday, Then increased to 1 to 2 times an hour since then. Did some
volunter work putting some Christmas lights last wednesday, easy work
but, started to feel a palpatation feeling with having to take quik short
gasps of air  3 to 5 times an hour. Was able to monitor my pulse for awhile
and it would stop for a moment then my heart would like flutter and have
a strong serge, sorta like trying to get the blood flowing momentem going
again. Also after I rode my bike home, for the first five minutes it happen
8 times. started taking asprin, Flutter has been reduced but sharp pain
in the same area is becoming more so. I stop taking the asprin for a day
but everything came back more and worst. Started taking asprin again.
Now I seem to be just having sharp pain having to take deep breaths about
1+ times an hour. Took blood pressure at a machine at the pharmacy,
186/94 -182/94. I'm 37 and have been under stress for some time.
Is this just a stress or anxiety related thing?

Thank you, for your question.  I would suggest that you see your doctor to have this evaluated.  There are several possibilities including atrial fibrillation that need to be investigated with a heart ECG, etc.  Don't delay in seeking help for this as it could be serious.
