As stated by others, most of us have PVC's, some feel them more than others, most of the time they are benign, as long as they are not too frequent, i,e >30% of the time. If relatively frequent, or symptomatic, the key is to rule out structural heart disease, by obtaining an echo as a normal echo would be highly reassuring.

Like the caregiver stated, a PVC (premature ventricular contraction) alone is not uncommon. People have them every day. It is the frequency and presentation of symptoms that can be concerning.
People live long, happy, and healthy lives with irregular rhythms with the assistance of their cardiologists. Always be aware of what is happening in your body, and present your concerns to your cardiologist. Although they love their work, they are not volunteers and do receive a paycheck for their work.
Take Care.

Don't be overly concerned. There are all sorts of irrregularities, and they don't necessarily mean you in danger of death. You speak of two different problems. An irregular heartbeat has nothing to do with PVC's. Two different animals. Many people develop PVC's, or pre-mature venticular contractions, that are kept under control with appropriate medication.
