Regarding heart

What is the difference between Ischemic stroke and myocardial infarction? I have PR 232 ms. What does it signify?

Ischemic stroke means a blood vessel in the brain is affected, where as myocardial is heart muscle. A pr interval greater than 200ms usually indicates first degree atrioventricular block. This is to do with the electrical signal in the heart and requires your cardiologist to take action.
