Related to Heart Condition?

So I know it might be silly to be posting this here, but I have no insurance and don't want to waste the only money I have to see a doc if it is not a big deal. Well here it goes:

For quite some time now (months) I have been feeling extremely tired and sore. I wake up so sore I dont want to get out of bed more than ever before. Sometimes I feel like I cant get enough air. Physical activities make me even more tired. For ex: I was walking to a store yesterday and just the walking to the store and back out was making me feel extremely worn out (the heat wasnt helping out but I grew up in AZ where I could spend hours sunbathing). Working out is hard to do because within I'd say 15 min I feel extremely exhausted, have a hard time breathing and my heart rate goes extremely high, my neck begins to hurt and sometimes my ears, I get very lightheaded and I feel I will throw up. It takes me a while to get my heart rate to go down which scares me. Sometimes it gets to the point that I feel like I have the symptoms of dehydration after I work out which is strange because all I do is drink several glasses of water every day! I also feel like my chest is wheezing when I work out. I read that some women have pain in their back neck or shoulder blades with heart conditions. My husband has to massage my left shoulder blade because for some reason I randomly get a sharp pain on my shoulder blade. Years ago they told me that I either was developing asthma or had an anxiety problem. The asthma problem was fixed and rulled as anxiety. I know my symptoms of when I am anxious but the rest I never had when I had anxiety problems. I am just wondering if these symptoms could be related to a possible heart condition?

I am a 26 year old female, I tend to have a regular to low blood pressure, not anemic (light periods, no childbirth, eat good), dont have a chaotic life (part time student only), thyroid blood test was normal (did test a few years ago).  Like I said, this may be silly but I am just wanting to feel ok about it all. Thank you.

It seems the underlying cause for your symptoms is your system is not providing enough oxygenated blood at the times you have shortness of breath, etc.

A fast heart rate (115 at rest) and shortness of breath was the symptoms that put me ICU for heart failure (shocked to learn!).  You should have a doctor and tests to rule out any heart condition.  It could be a respiratory problem, thyroid, etc.  Without proper treatment your symptoms will continue and the underlying cause can progress to irreversable damage.  It serves no usual purpose to delay.
