LVIDD cm on an echocardiogram

Hello, I am 60 years old and the results of the LVIDD cm was 3.4 on the echocardiogram. The normal range shown was 3.9 to 5.42. My LVIDS cm shows on the lower side of the normal range also. Range being 2.5 in the normal range of 2.32 to 3.5. How concerned should I be that my results on the LVIDD are under the normal range? With the LVIDD being under normal and the LVIDS being on the lower side of normal, is there something that can be done to improve this result?
