Thanks so much for your response, Cleveland Clinic. She has seen a dermatologist. I am not sure what medicine she was given at the dermatologist, , but she said it wasn't really helping. She feels it will go away with time, but it is taking a very long time. She said she has seen some minor improvement but overall her skin does not look good.
hum, am so sorry shes going throught this i hope the der can find the cause or at least give her something for it . i asume the test was good so thats a good reason to be thankful. have a great day
Thank you for your comments. It's very strange. She said she had this test twice before with no problems and that the prior times she had a shot and then did the treadmill. No treadmill this last time and she gets this skin condition. It looks very bad and is taking so long to go away. The doctor is of no help really and just sent her to a dermatologist.
maybe it was fromthat or the dye they put in, i had no problems with either but would have it checkedut so if she has to have test again she wont go through that again , hope the dr can shed some light on it .
She said she was just given a shot. No treadmill.
did she walk the treadmill or get the shot to make the heart beat faster.
I have never heard of such a reaction. I am wondering whether or not this could be Zoster related to a previous Voricella virus infection that somehow was brought on by the stress test. I don't think that this is related to any of the components of the stress tests. She should probably see a deramtologist.
