EPS test

I was wondering if you could tell me exactly what an EP study shows when they only look at the upper right part of the heart? and would it show if you already have a COMPLETE RiIGHT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK if it is getting worse? Also can they slow his HR down I mean really slow it down into the 40's like it does at times. I would like to see him have a pace maker I am so scared of loosing him. I don't understand why it drops so low when he is running about and gets very tired and his 02 sats drop into the mid 80's my son, his HR drops into the 40-45's sometimes when he runs, once he passed out and the 3 other times he was very exhausted and complains that his heart is very tired and slow.  He has a small PFO, Complete RBBB, mild infundibular stenosis, bidirectional shuntig through the PFO, subglottic stenosis he had a very large VSD repair as well as a PDA Ligation and the PFO was stitched prior to his cardiac surgery his murmur was 6/6 a year after it was done he was a 1-2/6 now he is a 3/6 and it is almost 5 years later.
He is 5 years old and they didn't see anything looking at the upper right side of his heart when they increased the rate.
thank yo uso much for your help and I know that you really don't specialize in peds, but I assume the EP study is the same

I am assuming that he has tetralogy of fallot, and had a repairt.  The EPS tests for conduction diease and even though it is done from the right side, it tests the whole system.  Pt with tetralogy can have heart block and that's what the study ruled out.  They can also have rapid heart beats related to the surgical scars or to the abrnomal heart muscle.  The scar related arrhythmia can be ablated, but the ones due to the heart muscle are typically treated with a defibrillator.  You should take you kid to a specialist who deals with this on a regular basis.

No He does not have TOF. he is missing one thing the over riding aorta.
I am concerned with two areas how his HR can go over 200 then drop onto the 40'-50's I am afraid that he will stroke out on me and the 2nd area is just how he can be walking or anything else and his HR goes to lower 40's and comes close to passing out without actually passing out, he did one time.
I for my own reassurance would like to see some type of defib. put in him so his HR can't go below lets say 60. I know tahat some kids it can go that low, however they aren't symptomatic like he is.
Can you see both a CLBBB and A CRBBB on an ekg?
I know they don't like putting pacemakers in kids so I guess we will just have to deal with this. In his Or report from when he was 3 months old they said he could develops a double right chamber something I have no idea what that is.
well I thank you for your time and greatful for your answer
