SVT and moderate tricuspid valve leak

I was recently diagnosed with SVT, and on my very recent ECHO I was diagnosed with moderate tricuspid regurgitation. My ECHO prior to this one was 7 months before and showed no issues.
I am concerned that my SVT has caused this sudden onset of moderate tricuspid leak, and it is causing me anxiety. The cardiologist wants to do another scan in 12 months time to monitor the condition, however am I not at risk of a heart attack or failure if I have another SVT attack? My heart rate can go to 250 bpm when I have an attack. Also, can this valve repair itself and go to mild, or does it only ever worsen to severe, and what is my prognosis? I am 38 years old.
