Severe Chest Pain Radiating

Hi! I have on top of the chronic pain/ symptoms I suffer from, something else that started up suddenlty the other day.
On the Right side of my chest is painful - not sharp, it is just pain, hurts when I move or sit or breath, basicaly there no matter what I do. The pain is wide spread from the chest where it starts - I believe - to my back and right arm, most of my right arm. Could I have pulled a muscle or something? I am hoping this goes away. I haven't had pain in the right side of my chest before only the left - I have tachycardia and get pain - up to 174 bpm, on medication for it currently.

Other Symptoms:
I have dizziness, lightheadedness, headaches front and back - they get bad, clear watery running from my nose at itmes when I bend over or lean over that is not snot, severe neck pain, upper back pain runs into my arm, lower back pain and leg pain, chronic sinus problems, back of my head is so sore underneath - inside - and on top - the outside - to the touch, nausea only with the headaches and severe pain, I get pain in my faice and right eyeball, and have been getting numbness and tingling in face and hands/feet - think the hands and feet have to do with the tachycardia - I am on meds for that, and also sometimes I get slurring or my speech - according to others and I catch it sometimes

Since the pain is not on my left side and is on my right side, what could the possiblities be and what should I do?  Could it be heart related anyway?

This paint is very unlikely to represent coronary atherosclerosis, stable or unstable in nature. It may be a sign of an infection such as pneumonia, gastroenteritis, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, etc. Without further testing it is difficult to know exactly what the cause of the pain is, except to say that with all of these associated neurological symptoms it is very unlikely to represent organic disease, but may be a manifestation of a functional disorder.

I am, of course, not a doctor but the symptoms you are describing are someone with gallstones/gallbladder infection.  Right shoulder pain radiating to the back are very very common signs of gallstones.  You have probably have been having gallbladder attacks and that is what causes the pain - it will usually occur about 30 minutes after eating.  You need to call your doctor and schedule a ultrasound of your gallbladder.

Thank you for your comment.  I went to the ER and you were right.  It was a manifestation of something.  The doctor said it was pluersy.  She said the type that pain is causing problems with my heart including the pain on my left side that I get.  I have tachycardia too that I have been on meds for.  She checked my neck and head area where I have the chiari malformation and had past surgery and siad that I have a lot of spasms going on back there.  She ordered me to take pain medication, muscle relaxant, and vetigo medication.  She told me I needed to see a neuro as soon as possible.  So you were correct, it was coming from that site. She told me that they could do an xray if I wanted, but I declined sorta leaving it up to them telling her about my MRI and she siad that is better than an xray, so she said just see a neuro. Thank you again.

p.s. It also hurts all the way down to my right side of my back - the very side of, and to my right front side.  Kind of like the colon area.  I am always constipated and have to take laxitives.  I am a 35 yr old woman.  I had a hysterectomy 6 yrs ago, so it is not female problem related although they did leave a half ovary in to keep me from hormone replacements.

I have eaten healthy and it did not help with the constipation.  Now this all got worse when I went to the bathroom a few days ago.  It just keeps getting worse. It is on a pain scale a 9 almost to screaming phase pain..
