Severe Hypokinesia of Heart

I am 31yrs,female. i had a major heart attack last year. today i did an Echo(colour doppler) which states "LV Inferior wall shows severe hypokinesia" and "LV posterior wall shoes mild hypokinesia". what does it mean?

Thanks for your prompt reply. I am taking medicines for the heart as prescribed by my doctor. I'll contact him at the earliest for further treatment. I wanted to know for sure what is wrong as I feel doctors avoid telling us the full details as they fear we might get more tensed and stressed. Thanks again!!

I means that the rear wall of the left ventricle is severely lacking in movement, and the front wall of the left ventricle is showing mild lack of movement.
This means that the muscle is one of two things. It is either necrotic (dead) from being cut off from oxygen by the heart attack, OR, the arteries supplying those areas are currently severely blocked, enough to affect performance.
