Shaky, Lightheaded

I get Shaky, Lightheaded, headache normally between breakfast and lunch almost everyday and after I eat I feel very tired and was wondering what these symtoms mean? I have a vitamin shake for breakfast and normally a chicken salad for lunch. I am in my early 30's and don't like feeling like this...is it anything I should worry about?

You could be getting hypoglycemic (low sugar in your blood).  I would address this with your primary care physician.  Adjusting your diet may be all that you need to do.  Try taking some candy around the time your symptoms start and see if that helps.  If low blood sugar isn't the case, I would suggest wearing a holter monitor to try to capture what your heart is doing during these episodes.  This would be done to rule arrhythmia, very fast or very slow heart rates.

it could be you have low sugar and you need to eat . my sister does the same thing when she dont eat right or misses a meal, her sugar drops out and shes shakey.weak feels like she can pass out. you need to get a kit to check your sugar when you feel that way and you will know if its that. find some one who has dietbittes(sp), they most time have two-three test machines see if you can use one a few weeks try it when you get that way and you will know.
