Sinus rhythm septal wall ischemia. What does it mean?

The symptom I told the doctor was pain in my center right chest every time (well not every time) I lean forward.

Your not getting blood flow to your intraventricular septum.  Are they going to do a coronary CTA?

I'm not sure just yet. Is this even possible? I'm only 22 :(
By "Im not sure", I mean I haven't submitted the results to the doctor yet.
I'm sorry what do you mean you haven't submitted results to your doc?  Didn't your doc give you the results? And yes it possible... probably congenital anomalous coronary!!
