Sinus rhythm with short PR with t wave abnormality

PR interval is 106, QRS duration 86, QT interval 346, QTC 439. Any ideas of what this may possibly be?  Wearing a 30 day monitor as I write this but am anxious to see what these numbers mean since I do not see the dr again until August. I have been having a high heart rate in the 130’s most days and sometimes drops in the upper 40’s after an episode.

I am not sure which lead. I have had two different abnormal ekg’s. One at mt regular physician and one at the cardiologist. I just got the numbers that was reported in my earlier post. It stated it was an abnormal ekg with the title I gave in my first post. The cardiologist only listened to my heart and did the ekg and put me on a 30 day monitor. I don’t return until August so was trying to get some kind of reasoning of what it may be. Thank you for responding.
You need two tests at minimum to start with...

1. Echo
2. Stress echo

From there... Clarify if it coronary or other cardiac issues...

If coronary a cardaic cta and perfusion testing

If uncerain than CMR ( cardiac MRI).

And from there you should have some answers.
Thank you so much!

Short of breath, lightheaded, sometimes a little tightening of chest , high heart rate that will all of a sudden drop to a sometimes below normal but most of the time a lower normal level.  Also get tired very easily when doing normal activities like cleaning   Does not take much of anything for heart rate to go up above 110. If doing any kind of strenuous work, goes above 130’s and higher. This is when the feelings in my chest start. Heart rate has been as high as 197 on one occasion, and was only blow drying my hair after a shower when this happened. This was the first time i noticed it and starting taking an aspirin a day and has not gone that high since.
