Aneurysim

Hello, my questions is about an aortic aneurysim. I sufferd an aneurysim 10 years ago and had surgery to repair the damage . In efect I had a heart graft and I was told that the procedure would be guaranteed fo 10 years providing there would be no complications. I have done well so far, I try to lead an active life but life for everyone is a bit stressful and I have never managed to keep my blood pressure down.

I am a bit worried because it has been 10 years since my surgery.I have never really been told my future..I just live everyday..Has anybody suffered the same . I would like to share some eperiences.

Thank you
Lucy

High blood pressure is something you do not want to have with a vulnerable aorta vessel or any vessel for that matter.  You should get a medical exam and be treated for hpb.

You should visit your cardiac surgeon or cardiologist to go over your status and future prognosis.  It's a good sign that you've been doing so well for 10 years.
