Still getting pain

Had a cath done on march 22nd this year but still getting some chest discomfort and arm as well.Cath was clear and normal.Should I still be worried? Can a change occur in 3 months to cause such symptoms?Could it be anxiety?Any advice would be appreciated
Regards,
Dimi

I found out I have CHF. WHich explains a lot. But what does it mean to have intense heart/chest pain? I'm 37 years old and was in an auto accident when I found out. The physician on call when I was admitted to the ER did all types of tests. and thats when I found out I had this condition. My biological father had the same heart condition and it killed him at the early age of 65.
