Absolutely! Seriously... Don't mess around with chest pains. The only advice I can give you is to kinda push on the areas that seem to be experiencing the pain. If it gets worse, it's probably not heart related. But I'm not a doctor. I'm just going by what the doctors tell me.

I normally get chest pains and tightness after chest day at the gym, but pushing on my chest immediately tells me it's just sore muscles. And that puts my mind at ease.

Hi there. you dont give much information in your post. What investigations/ tests has your doc done? Did you get an ECG for example. Or a heart echo? Whats your BP like? Are your symptoms on exertion  or at rest? How is your general health overall? If your in doubt, tell your doctor you want a referral to a cardiologist. If its not happening, go get a second opinion. This will put your mind at rest. Keep us posted
